Age Verification: roda4d employs automated and manual KYC verification procedures. Any Account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. For players aged 21 and above only.
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the roda4d Platform. The maintenance of multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent termination of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must notify roda4d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team. roda4d shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login information.
roda4d strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. Sessions left idle for extended periods may be automatically terminated as a security precaution.
Upon registration, you consent to roda4d conducting identity verification checks, including document verification, address verification, and source of funds enquiries where required by our risk management policies. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed satisfactorily.
roda4d accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following Malaysian payment methods:
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment method. Daily deposit limits may apply at the Platform level and may be further restricted at the Player level in accordance with responsible gambling tools selected by the Player.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. roda4d reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party accounts or where the source of funds cannot be adequately verified. Deposits made by credit card or via credit facilities are not accepted.
Transaction Timing: E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited to your Account within seconds. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes depending on your bank's processing schedule. roda4d accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the identity information on your roda4d Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed full KYC verification, including submission and approval of a valid government-issued photo identity document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be withheld pending satisfactory completion of verification.
Verified Accounts will typically receive withdrawal funds within 3 to 15 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals (FPX) may take up to 1 business day. roda4d reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high volume or when enhanced security reviews are warranted.
roda4d does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transaction charges, for which roda4d accepts no responsibility.
roda4d offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to their individual terms, which will be communicated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise:
All bets placed on the roda4d Platform are final and binding upon confirmation. Players acknowledge that once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or amended except in circumstances where roda4d determines in its sole discretion that an error has occurred in the pricing, settlement, or display of a market.
Sports Betting: All sports markets, including EPL football, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and UFC markets, are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are subject to late acceptance risks inherent to live markets, and roda4d may void in-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined if the acceptance occurred due to a technical delay.
Casino Games: All casino game results — including slot spins, live dealer hands, and table game outcomes — are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific short-term outcomes. The house edge applies to all games.
Maximum Winnings: roda4d reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per game category, per day, or per Player. Specific limits will be communicated in the individual game rules or upon written request to our support team.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the roda4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so by contacting our support team. A self-exclusion request will take effect within 24 hours and will remain in force for the minimum period specified by the Player (minimum period: 6 months). During the self-exclusion period, roda4d will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform, including suppressing promotional communications.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or other exploitation of Platform content — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of roda4d.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, roda4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
roda4d makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance and system upgrades may occasionally affect Platform availability; advance notice will be provided where practicable.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, roda4d's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted under such applicable law. In no event shall roda4d's total cumulative liability to any Player exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
roda4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for breach, roda4d reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds, promotional credits, and winnings derived from such funds. Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player net of any amounts owed to roda4d, provided that no fraud or other prohibited conduct has been established in relation to those funds.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be remitted to the Player's verified payment method.
roda4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Non-material updates (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or formatting changes) may take effect immediately without specific notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which roda4d is incorporated and licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent roda4d from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or prevent irreparable harm.
